Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Greater Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

What You'll Be Working On
You'll be servicing commercial and institutional HVAC systems throughout the Greater Dallas–Fort Worth market, including:

Commercial office buildings

Hospitals and healthcare facilities

Industrial facilities
-
Institutional and government buildings
-
Large commercial properties
Equipment Experience
We're looking for a true commercial HVAC technician with extensive experience diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting:

Chillers
-
Boilers
-
Large rooftop units (RTUs)
-
Air handling units (AHUs)
-
Hydronic systems
-
Pumps and associated mechanical equipment
-
Large commercial HVAC systems
This is not a light commercial or restaurant refrigeration position.
What You'll Do
-
Diagnose and repair complex commercial HVAC systems
-
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
-
Service chillers, boilers, large rooftop units (RTUs), air handling units (AHUs), and other large commercial HVAC equipment
-
Mentor less experienced technicians as needed

Maintain accurate service documentation
-
Deliver exceptional customer service while working independently
Qualifications
-
8–10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
-
Texas Journeyman Air Conditioning & Refrigeration License required
-
Strong experience servicing commercial chillers, boilers, RTUs, AHUs, and large mechanical HVAC equipment
-
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-
Clean driving record
-
Professional communication skills and customer-first attitude
