2 AI-Native Experience Design Define how customers interact with our agentic workflows. Set the patterns for human-in-the-loop, explainability, confidence signals, and graceful agent handoff. |

3 Pod Enablement Embed lightweight design reviews into our pod framework. Coach PMs on prototyping in Lovable, v0, and Claude. Raise the floor of every shipped experience without becoming a bottleneck. |
4 Customer Outcomes Lead the design of customer-facing artifacts — the ZTR dashboard, QBR experiences, intelligence views — that drive adoption, expansion, and renewal. |

How We Work
KlearNow runs a pod-based delivery framework. PMs and Engineering Leads co-own every pod with joint sign-off at every gate. Design enters at the Shape phase, not as a downstream handoff. The Engineering Lead authors the Technical Design Doc; the PM owns the value brief, shaped pitch, and prototype, often built in Lovable or v0 against your system. You join Shape reviews to set the design bar and unblock decisions — not to take screens away from the team.
Hotfixes are tiered (P0, P1, P2) with automated regression and minimal synchronous overhead. Releases are frequent. The work is real. The compliance stakes are real. So is the speed.
