What you will do

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) within the assigned territory.
• Manage, coordinate, and monitor the performance of trade agency representatives within the area of responsibility.
• Develop and optimize territory coverage routes for trade agency representatives in line with company procedures, and monitor compliance with approved coverage plans.
• Set monthly objectives and priorities, and track their execution to ensure business targets are met.
• Monitor and control the timely completion of assigned tasks by company employees and agency personnel.
• Prepare, review, and analyze reports and performance data related to retail outlets and field personnel activities.
• Conduct joint field visits, coaching sessions, and on-the-job training at retail outlets in accordance with established "Joint Visits and Audits" procedures.
• Conduct store audits and control visits to retail outlets in compliance with company standards and audit procedures.
• Organize and lead regular meetings with agency teams to review performance, discuss KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Communicate information regarding agreements with key customers to agency personnel responsible for servicing retail outlets.
• Negotiate and maintain effective relationships with Local Key Accounts (LKAs), including pharmacy chains.
• Ensure execution of sales plans, contractual obligations, and Mandatory Stock List (MSL) requirements within local key pharmacy chains.
• Develop sales forecasts and business plans for local key mass chains in the assigned territory.
• Plan, coordinate, and ensure the successful implementation of promotional campaigns and specialized product marketing programs.

• Collaborate with branches of mass distributors operating within the assigned territory.
• Analyze distributor stock levels and provide recommendations for inventory allocation and redistribution across branches.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in sales, field force management, or a related area.
• Proficiency in using computers, office equipment, and modern information processing and communication tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and practical driving experience.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Effective presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make sound business decisions independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• English communication skills are considered a plus.
