We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scheduler to join the dynamic scheduling team in the Brisbane office.
This role operates on across a 4 days on/ 5 off, 5 days on/ 4 off, 5 days on/ 5 off roster reporting to the Superintendent Supply Chain.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
Stockyard management and reporting
Managing blending of stockpiled materials to meet nominated product specifications
Developing and maintaining the short-term vessel schedule
Coordinating with marine and terminal stakeholders to execute vessel movements and loading plans
Short to medium term forecasts that facilitate decision making
Act as the central coordination point across OC, Site, Planning and Commercial areas
Detailed loss analysis reporting
Risk management and escalation
Improvement works
What You Will Bring
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Advanced Excel and PowerBi skills
Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
A willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute positively to the team
An Engineering background will be highly regarded

The Operations Centre is located in the Brisbane CBD office and was established to support our Pacific Operations and plays a pivotal role in the future success of our Pacific Aluminium business. The team is responsible for driving the optimisation of the overall supply chain value using state-of-the-art monitoring processes and data driven decision making.
