What will your functions be?

Principais Responsabilidades

• Registo e classificação contabilística de documentos;
• Reconciliações de contas correntes;
• Análise e controlo de contas;
• Gestão e acompanhamento do processo de Contas a Pagar;
• Conferência, lançamento e preparação de pagamentos a fornecedores;
• Apoio às restantes tarefas administrativas e financeiras do departamento.
   

What are we looking for?

Requisitos

• Licenciatura em Contabilidade, Gestão, Finanças ou área similar;
• Experiência profissional na área da Contabilidade (Preferencial);
• Experiência em processos de Contas a Pagar (Accounts Payable);
• Conhecimentos de contabilidade;
• Conhecimentos de ferramentas Microsoft Office, em especial Excel;
• Capacidade analítica e pensamento crítico;
• Rigor e atenção ao detalhe;
• Organização e sentido de responsabilidade;
• Capacidade de trabalho em equipa;
