Eliot’s is seeking Shift Administrators to join our Juvenile Justice program’s residential division. Eliot's Juvenile Justice residential program provides court-involved youth, ages 13 to 21. These highly structured, self-contained programs offer a comprehensive intervention for juvenile offenders. Eliot is searching for a Shift Administrator with experience working with youthful offenders. The ideal candidate will have an active knowledge of issues relating to the program population, including: Trauma, Gang Issues, Violence, Poverty and Family Dysfunction. Experience with regulatory requirements as well as clinical and behavioral treatment is a plus. |
