- Oversee field investigations, façade assessments, and performance testing of building enclosure systems, including curtainwall, roofing, and waterproofing assemblies.
- Lead damage assessments, cause-and-origin investigations, and the development of repair recommendations, drawings, specifications, and construction administration services.
- Serve as an expert witness or technical expert in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams while driving business development, proposals, and strategic growth of the Building Enclosure practice.
- Oversee project financial performance, quality, staffing, and schedules while contributing to firm strategy through technical thought leadership.
What You'll Bring

- Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA); additional building enclosure credentials (RRC, RRO, RWC, RBEC, etc.) are a plus.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in building enclosure consulting, forensic investigations, and engineering leadership.
- Extensive experience with façade, roofing, waterproofing, and building enclosure investigations, assessments, and rehabilitation of complex projects.
- Proven ability to develop client relationships, grow a book of business, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience serving as an expert witness or supporting litigation matters is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills, with the ability and willingness to travel as needed.
