Staffing Supervisor

In this role, you will:
Job Purpose
Manage payroll, incentive and sales compensation programs for the nationwide sales force.
Ensure payroll, incentives, allowances and sales rewards are processed accurately, transparently and on time in compliance with company policies. Provide reports and analytical insights to support effective sales cost management and sales force productivity.
Responsibilities
Payroll & Incentive Policy Management
Develop and update payroll, incentive and sales reward policies in line with business requirements.
Ensure policies are implemented consistently, with appropriate controls in place and in compliance with applicable labor regulations and company guidelines.
Payroll Administration & Data Management
Collect, consolidate and validate payroll and sales performance data from Power BI, DMS, Attendance Reports and other internal systems.
Calculate payroll, incentives and allowances for MTRs in the MT channel and DSRs in the GT channel.
Incentive Accrual Report.
Calculate sales incentive payouts for company-employed Sales Management teams.
Ensure all calculations are accurate and aligned with approved policies and budgets.
Handle and resolve inquiries or disputes related to payroll and incentive payments.
Prepare periodic reports, including: Payroll Dashboard, Incentive Curve Analysis Incentive Accrual Reports.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role.
Experience in FMCG, retail or distribution industries is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Good understanding of payroll regulations, employee benefits, social insurance and sales force operating models.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proactive mindset with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
