End-to-end car buying service with no hassles - with dealer network relationships across Australia, Just Honk specialises in selling end-of-lease vehicles while providing finance and warranty products under the one roof.
The Role
As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for delivering a professional, customer-focused used-car sales experience. The role manages customer enquiries, converts leads into appointments, facilitates vehicle inspections and test drives, supports compliant sales progression and ensures accurate sales records and customer follow-up. You will contribute to daily sales performance, customer experience and site presentation, including opening and closing activities required to operate the site safely and effectively over a 7 day roster. You will need to be available to work 2-3 Sundays per month.

- Customer-focused communication with strong follow-up discipline.
- Resilience in a sales environment and the ability to work collaboratively across sales, administration and support teams.
- Experience in sales, customer service or automotive retail environments is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer enquiries, maintain accurate records, coordinate appointments and follow structured sales processes.
- Experience working with finance, registration or vehicle sale documentation is advantageous.
- Current driver's license required
