We're seeking a Business Lead to manage and drive the relationship with retail and digital partners, keeping a well-rounded view of ongoing campaigns and workflow within the physical and digital retail space across branded channels and 3rd party partners. The Business Lead is responsible for project initiation, creating and tracking campaign timelines and working with the campaign and digital teams to identify critical digital deliverables. The Business Lead manages risks and expectations as well as effectively communicating project-critical information across the full project team.
Core Responsibilities
Lead and manage digital campaign creative strategy and execution, working alongside Our LEGO Agency design team, project leads and production partners
Connect communication across projects—ensuring timely delivery, creative integrity, and strong engagement
Support the LEGO Retail Marketing team ensuring commercial success
Track campaign timelines, monitor scope of tasks, deliverables, planned budgets, and dependencies
Identify and manage risks and effective communication around this
Drive strong relationship management and demonstrate agility to creatively problem solve
Excel in delivering high-quality work combined with a deep interest in digital marketing/advertising
Provide detailed handover of multiple projects to enable production teams to achieve successful completion

We have just launched OLA Commerce, a new unit within Our LEGO Agency (OLA), focused on shaping the creative engine behind the LEGO digital and commerce experiences. From eCommerce to retail, loyalty to owned platforms, OLA Commerce connects customers to creativity and play through joyful, seamless and unmistakably LEGO experiences. In this role you will support us in the important journey of driving consistent digital operational success.
Do you have what it takes?
Extensive account management experience with a focus on digital executions and/or integrated omnichannel campaigns
A background in creative, brand or shopper marketing, ideally within commerce, or retail
Strong campaign leadership experience – you’ve worked across sophisticated creative processes and know how to bring the right people together at the right moments
Brilliant communication and storytelling skills—you bring clarity, energy and a point of view
Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity and build new structures
Great organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced international environment
Positive approach with focus on opportunities, see challenges in a positive light

This is a Manager level role with no people leadership responsibilities based at 1001 Boylston St in Boston, MA.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
