What would you do? The HR Portal Content Management Associate supports the maintenance and upkeep of HR portal content to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency. The role involves assisting in content updates, publishing activities, and routine audits across HR knowledge bases and portals. Working under guidance, the associate collaborates with HR and content teams to ensure information is aligned with policies and enhances employee self-service experience.
What are we looking for? "• Relevant years experience in content support, HR operations, or administrative roles• Freshers with relevant internship/project experience can be considered " •Graduate in any discipline •"Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time" • Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., SharePoint or similar) is a plus• Good written communication and attention to detail• Ability to follow defined processes and guidelines• Basic knowledge of document formatting and content structuring• Strong organizational and multitasking skills• Awareness of Australian workplace basics (leave policies, employee communication standards)• Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Assist in creating, updating, and publishing HR content on portals and knowledge bases• Perform routine checks to ensure content accuracy and relevance• Support content audits, clean-up, and version control activities• Coordinate with HR teams to gather inputs for content updates• Maintain consistency in formatting, templates, and branding standards• Support knowledge article tagging and organization for easy access• Track and document content updates and changes• Assist in responding to basic content-related queries from stakeholders• Ensure adherence to data privacy and information security standardsBE,Master of Business Administration
