Supplier Leader Real Estate & Space – Building Experience & Excellence (BEE)

Permanent contract, fulltime, Brussels

Your role & work environment 

You will join BEE (Building Experience & Excellence) at ING Belgium — the department responsible for all real estate and facility services.

Within the Service Excellence team, as Supplier leader Real Estate you own the Service line ‘Real Estate and Space management’ covering:

• Real Estate portfolio management
• Space & Occupancy management

Your key responsibilities 

• Own the real estate portfolio strategy
• Execute the strategy by asset acquisitions and disposals
• Responsible for fixing the Fair value of the assets in ownership
• Manage the real estate portfolio in cooperation with the Real Estate Supplier Analyst
• Own and update the space data
• Responsible for space allocation and occupancy measurement
• Approves operational decisions inside the Service Line
• Represents the Service Line in supplier QBRs
• Is responsible for Analyse ESAT/CSAT and improve
• Vendor performance actions (warnings, escalations)

As a Supplier Leader for the Real Estate and Space Service Line, you will also need:

• A master’s degree or equal by experience

• 5 years’ experience in supplier and/or facility management

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to plan and align stakeholders

• MS Office

• Dutch, French, English
