ING Bank N.V. is looking for a Savings Product Expert.
Activities:
As a Savings Product Expert, you are end-to-end responsible for the Savings product proposition—from strategy and pricing to delivery and performance.
You work in an Agile squad with cross-functional experts to drive commercial growth, optimize the customer journey, and ensure a competitive and compliant savings offering.
Responsibilities:
Own and evolve the savings product roadmap, aligned with business and funding objectives
Design and execute commercial initiatives (acquisition, upsell, retention)
Define and steer pricing actions to ensure market competitiveness and profitability
Monitor product performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
Improve the end-to-end customer journey across digital channels
Translate business needs into IT requirements and support delivery via Agile ways of working
Manage stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Operations
Support backlog prioritization, change requests and production issue resolution
Contribute to financial planning, forecasting and performance tracking
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
Collaborate on global initiatives and share best practices
Required skills:
Master’s degree (Economics, Engineering or similar)
3+ years’ experience in product management, business analysis or project management in financial services
Strong understanding of retail banking (savings/deposits is a plus)
Experience with campaigns, pricing, and performance monitoring
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent in English
Proactive, detail-oriented and able to deliver under pressure

Contract offer:
Working conditions: Permanent employment contract
Working hours: Full time (37 hours per week)
Applicable Collective Labour Agreement: National Collective Labour Agreement for employees in the credit sector (NCLA)
Location: Milan
Annual base salary starting from: 43.000€
Variable remuneration: in line with the applicable remuneration policies (with a target based on the role, outcomes linked to the Group, Business line/function, and individual performance)
