Outreach Assistant

Job Summary

Support the wider team by delivering timely customer outreach, engaging social media content, and occasional fulfilment support. This role connects customer service and marketing to ensure customers stay informed, feel valued, and enjoy a smooth experience from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule event information updates for upcoming shows using Canva, Klaviyo, and Podium.
• Send post-purchase and post-event surveys using Podium.
• Respond to Google Reviews and organise the monthly review competition, contacting winners via phone and email.
• Check "Accepted" status of tickets and follow up with customers.
• Co-manage all social media platforms for Ticket Merchant, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
