Position Title: Digital Planning Graduate Intern

Your New Role...

Planning Graduate Intern, you will play a vital role in building media plans as well as supporting your
manager with administrative tasks and working collaboratively within your team.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Support Manager to build media plans.
• Support coordination with other media planning teams in the business, including CNNIC.
• Track international inventory allocations (ie. locally operated),
• Produce monthly roundups, traffic statuses, follow up on untracked inventory.
• Support Manager with sales calls and outstanding plans.
• Connect with Digital Traffic team to coordinate when deals are signed off.
• Share regular updates with Digital Traffic team about upcoming campaigns and sales
pipeline.
• Perform updates, adjustments and modifications to existing plans to off load Manager.
• Run Youtube forecasts (sitting on different ad server and require coordination with EMEA
teams).
• Pull data and backlogs to support Manager.
Qualifications & Experience...
You must be a recent university graduate, having graduated no earlier than July 2024.
Working knowledge of Word and Excel, and some experience of using databases and
PowerPoint
Good awareness and working knowledge of social media platforms
Demonstrates professionalism
Well organised and disciplined with the ability to prioritise workload and use time
effectively
Self-motivated and work with limited supervision
Able to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
Analytical and pay close attention to detail
Proficient and confident phone manner.
