Commercial Account Executive

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our Wicklow team. This role involves managing, developing, and growing an established book of commercial clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions while ensuring excellent client service and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing commercial insurance clients.
• Build long-term relationships by providing trusted advice and professional support.
• Identify new insurance needs and cross-selling opportunities within the client base.
• Liaise with insurers to negotiate policy terms, secure competitive pricing, and resolve claims.
• Prepare and present renewal terms, new business quotations, and policy documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service in line with Campion Insurance values.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a commercial insurance account executive or broker role.
• CIP, MDI, or ACII accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of the commercial insurance market in Ireland.
• Proven track record of client relationship management and business retention.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance software platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
