Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented Digital Delivery Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as Parsons' primary representative within a major aviation capital improvement program in Dallas, providing project leadership, client engagement, and digital delivery oversight across a portfolio of infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for managing project objectives, stakeholder relationships, scope, schedule, and commercial performance while guiding the implementation of digital delivery standards, BIM governance, and integrated information management practices. The ideal candidate combines strong project management and client engagement experience with a proven track record implementing and governing BIM standards, data architectures, and digital delivery frameworks on large infrastructure programs. This position requires the ability to work effectively with owners, consultants, contractors, and technology partners while ensuring consistent and scalable digital delivery practices across multiple projects and systems. Must be able to work full-time onsite at the client site in Dallas, TX.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as Parsons' day-to-day representative with the client, maintaining strong working relationships and acting as a trusted advisor on project delivery and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Provide overall project leadership, including responsibility for scope development, scope management, schedule oversight, risk management, and successful delivery of project objectives.
  • Support project financial performance through budget management, forecasting, change management, and coordination with project teams and leadership.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and governance of BIM standards, information requirements, data governance frameworks, and digital delivery processes across multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Establish and oversee integrated data architectures that enable the consistent flow of information between design, construction, asset management, and operational systems.
  • Develop and maintain project management plans, digital delivery strategies, quality processes, governance procedures, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and technology providers to ensure alignment with project requirements and program standards.
  • Work closely with owner stakeholders to define business requirements, information management objectives, and long-term operational data needs.
  • Provide oversight of workflows utilizing the Autodesk ecosystem, including Forma, Revit, and Tandem, ensuring alignment with program standards and business objectives.
  • Monitor project performance and report key milestones, risks, issues, and opportunities to client leadership and Parsons management.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for additional services, support proposal efforts, participate in client presentations, and help expand Parsons' relationship with strategic clients.
  • Mentor team members and help establish consistent project management, digital delivery, and client engagement practices across the program.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Proven project management experience delivering complex infrastructure, transportation, aviation, or capital improvement programs with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and client satisfaction.
  • Strong client engagement and relationship management experience, including serving as a company representative and trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders, owners, consultants, and contractors.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and enforcing BIM standards, information management frameworks, and digital delivery governance processes on large programs or projects.
  • Experience establishing and managing enterprise data architectures and multi-system integration strategies that support project delivery and operational outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of BIM execution planning, Common Data Environment (CDE) principles, model governance, data quality management, information requirements, and asset information management.
  • Experience working with the Autodesk platform, including Forma or Tandem, in support of digital delivery, BIM implementation, or information management initiatives.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and effectively coordinate technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of current technology trends and their practical application to infrastructure project delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive presentations, project reports, governance documentation, and client-facing communications.
  • Ability to meet Parsons' project management certification requirements.
  • Must be able to work full-time onsite at the client site in Dallas, TX.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Aviation or airport program experience, including planning, design, construction, operations, facilities, or asset management initiatives.
  • Experience supporting owner organizations with digital transformation, BIM strategy, digital twins, asset information management, or enterprise information governance programs.
  • Knowledge of GIS platforms, enterprise geospatial systems, and BIM-to-GIS integration workflows.
  • Experience implementing digital delivery solutions across multiple consultants, contractors, and technology platforms.
  • Experience with system integration, interoperability planning, and "system-of-systems" approaches supporting major capital programs.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Autodesk certifications, professional engineering registration, or similar industry credentials.
  • Participation in industry organizations, conferences, technical committees, or thought leadership activities related to project management, digital delivery, BIM, or infrastructure technology.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Information Management, GIS, Computer Science, Business, or related technical discipline (or equivalent work experience).
  • 10+ years of related experience with project management, infrastructure delivery, digital delivery, BIM implementation, information management, or program management.
