Job Summary
The Graphics Manager is responsible for coordinating activities and processes related to graphics accounts, ensuring customer requirements are accurately translated into production specifications and graphics workflows. This role supports customer expectations related to separations, automation implementation, and process standardization while leading Graphics Account Specialists and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position also manages X-Rite color management tools, including certification and calibration activities, to support consistent print quality and graphics performance.

Duties/Responsibilities
Develop and maintain standardized processes for Graphics Account Specialist (GAS) activities and daily operations.
Audit process effectiveness, identify disruptions, and implement corrective actions to improve workflow performance.
Lead automation initiatives within graphics workflows to improve efficiency and throughput.
Manage and develop Graphics Account Specialists, including performance reviews, coaching, and development activities.
Monitor and communicate account performance metrics, including turnaround time, approval cycle time, and process-related issues.
Manage assigned customer accounts and serve as a primary point of coordination within the Graphics Department.
Maintain and support continuous improvement initiatives related to training, process development, and account management activities.
Manage X-Rite color management equipment, including certification and monthly calibration activities.
Support production teams by reviewing jobs and recommending improvements that enhance printability and manufacturing efficiency.
Assist with job workflow management, data organization, and inventory system administration as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combination of education and at least 5 years of relevant experience may be considered.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, account management, process development, or a related field.
Experience supporting graphics, packaging, or print-related workflows preferred.
Required Skills/Abilities
Knowledge of account management and customer service processes.
Experience with process development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong data management and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze workflow performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and develop team members while managing multiple priorities.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, and lift as required.
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
Ability to move throughout office and production environments as needed.
