At the heart of House of Blues Las Vegas is the evolution of a new premium hospitality and cultural concept: Vinyl Room — a reimagined membership-driven experience blending music discovery, elevated nightlife, hospitality, and community. Inspired by listening bars and music-first venues around the world, Vinyl Room is designed to create meaningful experiences centered around sound, connection, and culture.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are highly motivated, entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and culturally connected. You thrive in hospitality, nightlife, luxury lifestyle, or membership-based environments and understand how to build authentic relationships that translate into long-term business opportunities.

You are energized by prospecting, networking, entertaining, and building community. You know how to identify high-value clientele, create meaningful connections, and sell experiential products that cannot simply be explained on paper — they must be felt.

You are passionate about music, hospitality, culture, and delivering elevated guest experiences.

  • Generate revenue through the sale of premium memberships, VIP experiences, and related hospitality offerings

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while contributing to the overall growth strategy of the Vinyl Room membership program

  • Develop creative outreach strategies and partnerships that align with the Vinyl Room brand identity and target demographic

  • Maintain a strong understanding of local market trends, nightlife competition, luxury hospitality offerings, and evolving consumer behavior

Brand Representation & Member Experience

  • Build authentic relationships with prospective members by creating elevated and personalized guest experiences

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and programming teams to support membership launches, events, and member engagement initiatives

  • Consistently entertain and host prospective members within the venue environment to cultivate relationships and drive sales opportunities

  • Represent the Vinyl Room brand with professionalism, sophistication, and cultural awareness at all times

Sales Strategy & Administration

  • Track sales performance, prospect engagement, and business development activity to support forecasting and revenue planning

  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, strategic planning sessions, and cross-functional collaboration meetings

  • Contribute ideas, insights, and market feedback to support the ongoing evolution and positioning of the Vinyl Room concept
