At Infinity Replacement by Marvin, you'll combine relationship-building, design consultation, and sales expertise to help homeowners transform their homes with premium replacement windows and doors.
Unlike many sales roles, you'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products. Through a consultative in-home experience, you'll identify their needs, educate them on solutions, and guide them toward the best investment for their home.

Highlights of your role
- Meet with qualified homeowners who have requested a consultation
- Build trust and provide a world-class customer experience
- Conduct in-home design consultations and product demonstrations
- Recommend customized window and door solutions based on homeowner needs
- Create proposals and guide homeowners through the purchase process
- Utilize technology and CRM tools to manage appointments and sales activity
- Represent Infinity Replacement by Marvin with professionalism and integrity
- Generate referrals through exceptional customer relationships
Compensation & Perks
- Uncapped commission structure with $100,000+ earning potential
- Top-performing consultants earn $200,000+ annually
- Guaranteed training pay of $2,000 biweekly during your first 8 weeks
- Commission paid at time of sale, not installation

- Previous in-home, retail, hospitality, or outside sales experience is a plus, but not required

- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
- Flexibility for appointments with our customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs
