What You'll Do
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on assigned dedicated routes.
- Deliver freight on time while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Accurately maintain electronic logs and required transportation documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding deliveries, delays, and equipment needs.
- Ensure cargo is transported safely and securely.
- Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations.
- Represent CJC Transport professionally at customer locations.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable work ethic and commitment to safety
Preferred Qualifications
- Dedicated route experience
- Hazmat Endorsement
- Tanker Endorsement
- TSA Certification
- Experience with temperature-controlled or specialized freight
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs)
