DCX is seeking a Sales Analytics & Data Operations Team Lead to support a U.S.-based partner by assisting with financial reporting, data management, reconciliations, and analysis.
In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial data, supporting month-end close activities, improving reporting processes, and identifying trends within financial information. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and contributing to business operations in a fast-paced remote environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Recurring and Ad-Hoc Report Production
Compile and distribute recurring reports on daily, weekly, and monthly cadences using pre-built Excel templates and workflows.
Distribute reports to specified recipient lists via Outlook on documented schedules; confirm successful delivery.
Maintain a reporting calendar and proactively flag any delays, source-system outages, or anomalies.
Leverage knowledge of BMS’ data model to accurately produce ad-hoc reports on request.
Cross-System Data Validation & Reconciliation
Execute the documented Salesforce ↔ Restoration Manager ↔ Sage Intacct three-way reconciliation process, identifying and resolving:
Job records in RM with no corresponding Salesforce Contact or Account (and vice versa) or no corresponding Sage Customer
Duplicate RM or Salesforce Accounts and Contacts
SOP Adherence & Continuous Adaptation
Adapt to SOPs that change frequently. As the team automates more of the validation pipeline and as reporting requirements evolve, this role's daily work will shift — sometimes weekly. The Team Lead must be able to adapt workflows to an evolving and growing business environment.
Strategic Sales Analytics Partnership
Increase quality and quantity of Sales Analytics’ output. Identify and resolve gaps in Sales Analytics insight and opportunities to improve team processes and drive higher productivity. Be highly influential in the day-to-day work of the Sales Analytics Data Analyst.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or related roles
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, Complex formulas.
Demonstrated prior experience in data reconciliation or data matching work
Demonstrated history of learning multiple business systems ( (e.g., any ERP such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage; any CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot; or any vertical-specific platform such as Restoration Manager).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365: Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
Experience working with data management, spreadsheets, or reporting tools
Understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting principles
Experience supporting month-end close activities is an advantage
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Salary Range: Php 57,500
