Role summary:The (USA) Realty Project Coach is responsible for leading and managing realty execution projects by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful project completion. This role directs associates and vendors, oversees merchandise placement, and ensures compliance with company standards. The position requires effective communication across cross-functional teams, proactive problem-solving, and budget monitoring to optimize project outcomes. The Realty Project Coach fosters accountability, supports continuous improvement, and drives alignment with corporate strategies while maintaining a focus on operational efficiency and customer experience.

What you'll do:
- Lead and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and milestones.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and facility management, to align project plans with corporate strategies.
- Oversee vendor relationships to secure cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials.
- Direct associates and contractors on processes, procedures, and phasing plans to minimize operational impact.
- Monitor project budgets and assess economic and customer experience impacts of decisions.
- Communicate project status and adjustments to key stakeholders clearly and promptly.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in managing complex realty projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to organize timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).
