Job Description
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- ติดต่อลูกค้าเป้าหมายจากรายชื่อที่ธนาคารจัดหาให้ เพื่อนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัยผ่านทางโทรศัพท์
- ให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัย คุณสมบัติผู้ขอสินเชื่อ และขั้นตอนการสมัครแก่ลูกค้า
- รวบรวม ติดตาม และตรวจสอบเอกสารประกอบการขอสินเชื่อให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้องตามข้อกำหนดของธนาคาร
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการพิจารณาและอนุมัติสินเชื่อ
- แจ้งผลการอนุมัติสินเชื่อ วงเงิน และอัตราดอกเบี้ย พร้อมติดตามความประสงค์ของลูกค้าในการดำเนินการต่อ
- ดูแลและติดตามลูกค้าตลอดกระบวนการจนถึงขั้นตอนการทำสัญญาและจดจำนอง
- สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าและผลักดันยอดขายให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช. ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Telesales, Telemarketing, Sales หรือธุรกิจสินเชื่อ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- มีใจรักงานขายและการบริการลูกค้า
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้เป้าหมายและแรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีความสามารถในการติดตามงานและประสานงานหลายฝ่ายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านสินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัยหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงิน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีใบอนุญาตนายหน้าประกันชีวิต (นช) และ/หรือ ใบอนุญาตนายหน้าประกันวินาศภัย (นว) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
