Senior Merchandise Control Analyst (12-month Contract)

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Senior Merchandise Control Analyst (12 Month Contract) to support the Off-Price Buying Team. This role will help our mission of managing a strong and profitable Off-Price business
Key Responsibilities
1. Buying Process (Outlet and Final Cut)
Creates styles and purchase orders based on Buyer’s worksheets
Attribute input for Final Cut new styles
Ensures Accuracy of data input
Create PO's for ticket-making purposes
Communicates POs to the vendors
Inputs cancellations, deferments, style changes, price changes
Assist with Vendor Contract and Shipping Manuel distribution
2. Inventory Management (Outlet and Final Cut)
Oversee allocations
Update worksheets with style/receipt info in shared/common drive
Complete restyling/reticketing process
Obtain RA#s from vendors and process RTV
Troubleshoot issues with D/C
Track and manage order status, ensuring timely delivery of product
Oversee all replenishment programs: Model set up, new style set up, forecasting and adjusting of models at the style and size level
Manual fills of replenishable inventory not on AR
3. Final Cut On Line Management
Apply/Remove Final Sale flags in Sweft
Monitor unpublished styles in Sweft, and coordinate with the Production team to publish as necessary
Review the "styles missing images" report and allocate samples to the Production Team
Ensure Final Sale stickers are correctly displayed online
Perform website audits for Final Cut to verify accurate pricing, style visibility, brand visibility, and web categorization
Track New Tickets and work with Help Desk and troubleshoot issues
Add new FC vendors and brands to Sweft under admin access
Allocate Digital Pull requests of inventory for the Production Team
4. General Conduct

Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Forecasting and/or Merchandising Control
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating vendors and external partners.
- Strong in excel; Tableau knowledge is an asset
- Must be able to grasp new ERP technology quickly
- Must have forecasting or demand planning experience
- Must understand basic retail math and the core retail business model

** Compensation for this role will be dependent on skills, experience, and seniority. The starting compensation range for this role is $60,000 annually.
