Amazon Europe Marketplace Manager - (ZR-730)

Horizon Tech is looking for an experienced Amazon Europe Marketplace Manager.This is a build-from-scratch role focused on setting up a European Amazon marketplace operation starting with Ireland and expanding across the EU selling branded, certified-refurbished consumer electronics. You will set up the account, get the catalog live and compliant, and then own it as a growth channel.

This is not a role for someone who has only managed an existing, mature Amazon account. We need someone who has done a cold-start launch before.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3+ years hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience specifically on European marketplaces (UK/EU) US-only Amazon experience does not meet this requirement.
• Direct experience launching an Amazon account from scratch account setup, initial Brand Registry/authorization, first listings live not just managing an account someone else built
  
• Working knowledge of EU VAT and EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) compliance as it applies to Amazon sellers, and experience coordinating with external tax/compliance providers
• Experience with Pan-European FBA and/or EFN fulfillment models, including cross-border inventory coordination with 3PLs
• Experience handling Amazon account health issues listing restrictions, suspensions, and writing Plans of Action (POA) for appeals
• Experience selling electronics on Amazon, ideally certified-refurbished/"Renewed" or used-condition listings this category carries extra gating and compliance requirements
• Fluent professional English (written and verbal) non-negotiable, as this role is client- and Amazon-facing

Nice to have:

• Experience across multiple EU marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, ES) beyond Ireland.
• Hands-on Amazon PPC/advertising management.
• Experience in refurbished/renewed electronics specifically vs. general electronics.

Please Note:

• This role is not suitable for candidates whose Amazon experience is limited to Amazon US, or other non-EU marketplaces.
• This role is not suitable for candidates who have only managed pre-existing, established accounts without experience launching an account from the ground up.
