Job Summary
Under the daily supervision of the Director, Facilities, the In-House Production Assistant (PA) provides general office support. The PA must be friendly and approachable, maintain a professional demeanor, and be customer service oriented. This person will be flexible and able to assist with various projects around the office with a can-do attitude.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform administrative office duties, including but not limited to light housekeeping.
- Organize and facilitate snacks and lunches for on-site staff.
- Assist all departments with special projects as needed.
- Provide coverage for reception by answering phones, handling deliveries/ mail, and greeting guests.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years job experience in an administrative role or customer service.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Experienced with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Impeccable organization and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in TV Production and/ or entertainment industry.

Compensation Rage: $18.5714 per hour (Non-Exempt)
