We are looking for a Senior Associate – Finance to join our dynamic team and play a key role in financial reporting, planning, analysis, and business support. The role includes financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, compliance support, and collaboration with local and regional stakeholders.

A career in our Finance team will give you a chance to support both the local and SEE finance team with the right accounting, analysis, controlling, monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting planning, and business partnering.
What You'll Do:
✅ Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
✅ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
✅ Perform financial analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
✅ Monitor KPIs and analyze business performance.
✅ Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
✅ Assist with statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance requirements.
✅ Manage cash flow reporting and working capital monitoring.
✅ Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making.
✅ Drive process improvements and enhance reporting efficiency.
✅ Collaborate with Shared Service Centers and cross-functional teams.
What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or Financial Analysis roles.
✔ Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
✔ Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.
✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Fluent English, both written and spoken.
✔ ACCA qualification or equivalent certification is an advantage.
