Do you aspire to be part of a high performing Analytics and Transformation team within a global Compliance organisation at the forefront of the wealth management industry? In this diverse role you will implement new technologies, manage change initiatives, develop predictive models, and perform financial and economic analysis to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management. Working alongside Risk, Compliance, Analytics and Legal SMEs in highly skilled, fast-paced teams you will drive business value through collaboratively solving complex analytical problems.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Product Ownership of a dedicated and global solution to ensure that process independent controls are uniformly sourced, managed, executed and reported on a control case level

• Owning reporting services, application design, process, data, testing, and user documentation

• Collaborate with and coordinate the application responsible, IT service owner and business team to on roadmap, day-to-day priorities of change requests, bugs and incidents, deliverables (incl. dashboards) and budgets

• Ensure business requirements gathering and prioritization, coordinate & plan IT delivery, ensure business testing,  provide communication to the end-users

• Acts as first point of contact for business user queries, support onboarding, develop product roadmap and ensure management change requests, bugs and incidents

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) fields or Business/Economics with IT/Analytics flavour

• At least 5 years of Banking experience with focus on Compliance, Risk Management and Legal

• Strong track record in managing timelines and delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments, consistently turning challenges into successful outcomes

• Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and communicate them clearly to diverse stakeholders across IT, business, and varying levels of seniority

• Experience as scrum-master, IT project manager, business analyst or product owner, working with all other roles for an application, preferable with project management certification ex. IPMA or SAFE

• Curious to learn new things and apply out-of-the-box thinking to challenge the status quo and proactively propose new solutions

• Demonstrates flexibility and role adaptability to ensure continuity of application and business processes, readily stepping in to support colleagues and address emerging needs across teams

• Team-oriented and enjoy collaborating with diverse experts, listening to different ideas and voicing your own, to deliver the best possible outcome

• Experience with Altassian suite (Confluence, Jira) and with devops activities (tests, deployments, releases, environments , dependencies, freezes, global IT roadmaps)

• Hands-on experience in data modelling and engineering, with expertise in structuring, cleansing, and standardising data using SQL and Python

• Exposure to UX/UI design, has an eye for detail, can translate user interactions into design components

• Good in translating the requirements in feasible features and breaking them down in actionable items an assign them to correct role (developer, tester, architect, business analyst, business user)

• Fluent in English (main business language), any further language is an advantage
