Job Description:

De Operator WDS Warehouse & Logistics voert de dagelijkse operationele kerntaken en de ondersteunde, routinematige werkzaamheden uit, inclusief alle bijbehorende administratie/documentatie, op de afdeling.

 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Mede Verantwoordelijk voor uitvoer van de Warehouse WDS werkzaamheden te Schiphol-Rijk binnen de daarvoor geldende eisen op het gebied van GMP, EHSS en GDP.

• Voornaamste werkgebied zal zich binnen het werkgebied van WDS richten.

• Mede verantwoordelijk voor een veilige werkomgeving en uitvoering van werkzaamheden in het Warehouse.

• Ondersteunend bij het opvangen en oplossen van SHE en cGMP afwijkingen (d.w.z. near-incidents, events, etc.) zodat het Warehouse proces doorgang kan vinden.

• Ondersteunend toezicht geven op activiteiten uitgevoerd door derden (maintenance, kwalificaties, testen, reparaties, validatie etc.) in het Warehouse.

• Ondersteuning geven bij het bepalen van prioriteiten, het constant beoordelen en verbeteren van de efficiëntie van het team, zodat de warehouse systemen, de warehouse faciliteit en zijn resources optimaal benut worden.

• Meedraaien met de pieperdienst regeling binnen de WH&LO afdeling.

 

Minimum Qualification

• Relevant MBO diploma

• Minimum ervaring: 1-3 jaar werkervaring waarvan tenminste 1 jaar in een GMP omgeving

• Enthousiast, kritisch en pro-actief

• Resultaat - en prestatiegericht, flexibel, probleemoplossend kunnen denken en innovatief

• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden

• Goede beheersing Engelse en Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift

• Aantoonbaar SHE en GMP bewust zijn

• Ervaring met de JBV compliance systemen

• Hoog kwaliteitsbewustzijn en servicegericht

Competenties

Technisch / inhoudelijk

• Nederlandse spreek-, lees- en schrijfvaardigheid, Engelse leesvaardigheid

• Heftruck/reachtruck certificaat

• Dangerous Goods training

• Vaardig in het werken met computers en software

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€34 200,00 - €50 600,00
