PART-TIME FACILITIES MANAGER

Location: Chick-fil-A

Position Type: Part-Time

Compensation: $18.50/hr

Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 5:00 AM–9:00 AM

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Facilities Manager to help keep our restaurant, equipment, and facilities clean, safe, stocked, and operating at a high standard.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-organized environment, notices problems before they become bigger issues, and can work independently while communicating effectively with leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Truck Orders & Inventory

• Receive and organize facility-related deliveries and truck orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies, paper products, maintenance supplies, and other facility needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs to leadership.
• Ensure supplies are properly stored and organized.

 Cleaning & Sanitation

• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, exterior areas, storage spaces, and facility-related areas.
• Complete daily, weekly, and as-needed cleaning responsibilities.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Identify areas needing additional cleaning or attention.

 Maintenance

• Perform basic facility maintenance and troubleshooting when appropriate.
• Identify maintenance issues and communicate them promptly to leadership.
• Coordinate with approved vendors or maintenance personnel when repairs are needed.
• Conduct routine checks of equipment, fixtures, lights, plumbing, and other facility needs.
• Help ensure the building and surrounding areas remain safe and in good working condition.

 Utilities & Facility Operations

• Monitor utilities and help identify unusual usage or potential issues.
• Check facility systems and equipment routinely.
• Report leaks, electrical concerns, HVAC issues, plumbing problems, or other facility concerns.
• Help maintain cost-conscious practices related to utilities and supplies.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance.
• Available Monday–Saturday from 5:00 AM–9:00 AM.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, cleaning, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic maintenance or facilities experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Takes ownership and pride in keeping the facility operating at a high standard.
• Must be willing to respond to facility needs and communicate concerns to leadership.
