  • You will monitor KPIs such as Supply Plan Accuracy, On-Time Delivery for ETO projects, Inventory Turns, and Asset Utilization, apply Lean and Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement, leverage ERP (SAP S/4), APS, and BI tools to enhance planning accuracy and responsiveness, explore automation and AI-driven planning tailored to ETO complexity.

  • You will mentor planners in best practices, promote a culture of cross-functional collaboration, agility, and data-driven decision-making.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
