Location: Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya/Pathum Thani, Thailand
 

Purpose: Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver accurate, timely reporting on all facility operations, performance metrics, and compliance obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and manage relationships with authorities
• Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely renewals of permits and licenses
• Develop and manage reporting frameworks for operational performance
• Prepare management reports including uptime, incidents, and KPIs
• Conduct compliance audits and implement corrective action plans
• Maintain compliance documentation and evidence libraries
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Track and report on SLA performance and client commitments
• Implement compliance management systems and tools
• Provide compliance training and awareness programs

Job Specification

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or related field

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years in compliance, regulatory affairs, or audit roles
• Experience in data center or critical infrastructure environments preferred
• Knowledge of Thai regulatory framework for industrial facilities

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to interpret regulations and technical standards

Certifications (Preferred):

• ISO Internal Auditor (9001/14001/45001)
• Compliance or Risk Management certification

Language:

• Fluent in Thai and English
