Summary:
As an AI Native Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and delivering software solutions where artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the engineering process. This role focuses on creating production-ready applications that leverage AI capabilities throughout their lifecycle. The engineer continuously refines and validates these solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and compliance requirements. Collaboration with various teams to enhance software development practices and operational efficiency is a key part of daily activities, fostering innovation and driving improvements in how software products are built and maintained.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in AI-native software development.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration into project workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align AI-driven initiatives with broader organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agent Development, Python (Programming Language), Generative AI, AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing AI-driven software agents that interact seamlessly within complex systems.
- Ability to integrate AI workflows into existing software environments to enhance automation and decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices tailored to AI-native applications, including testing and validation.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing AI components to ensure robust and scalable software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Agent Development.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
