We are looking for a confident, compassionate and dedicated Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care to join our team at our new service to open in early 2027, Cygnet Delfryn House.

Cygnet Delfryn House is our new Low Secure service for women in North Wales. We support women across two wards, specialising in mental health and personality disorders. The service is due to open in early 2027 and is accepting referrals now. All of our secure services aim to monitor, manage and reduce risk in a safe and therapeutic setting, in order to help individuals progress towards more independent living.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

· Offering enhanced care using a flexible, person-centred approach

· Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support

· Learning about each individual’s specific needs and supporting them in the most appropriate way

· Assisting with medical and welfare needs

· Reporting on medical and welfare needs as required

· Supporting safeguarding practices and maintaining professional boundaries

· Maintaining a safe, clean and therapeutic environment for all

· Encouraging independence, confidence and positive daily routines

· Supporting people to work towards personal goals and community involvement

· Working closely with colleagues, nurses and wider professionals to deliver outstanding care

Previous experience in care, mental health, support work, healthcare or residential services can be helpful, but your values, attitude and commitment to outstanding care are just as important.
