When someone's AC quits in a Kansas heat wave or their furnace gives out on the first cold night, you're the first person they talk to. At Advantage Latta-Whitlow, our CSRs keep the phones friendly, the schedule full, and our technicians rolling. While other shops slow down this fall, we're growing, and we need someone sharp, upbeat, and organized to help lead the way.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and book HVAC and plumbing service appointments
• Make outbound calls to past customers, open estimates, and new leads to book appointments
• Sell and renew maintenance plan memberships
• Follow up on unsold estimates and schedule in-home sales visits
• Confirm upcoming appointments and keep customer records accurate in our CRM
• Work with dispatch, technicians, and comfort advisors to keep the schedule full and the day running smoothly
• Turn frustrated callers into loyal customers with patience and problem-solving
• Support the office team with billing questions, payments, and general admin
• Hit and beat daily and weekly call and booking goals

Requirements

 What You Bring

• Customer service, call center, or front-office experience (home services is a plus)
• A friendly, confident phone presence
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with computers and learning new software
• Reliability, a team-first attitude, and a positive outlook
