Associate Director, Demand Planning (Chantilly, VA ) – Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by aligning finished-goods demand, supply, inventory, and capacity plans and serving as the liaison between commercial teams and overseas manufacturing plants; Perform ANDA-based finished-products demand planning and inventory management by maintaining internal demand signals, inventory targets, stock positioning, and supply requirements using ERP/SAP (MM, SD, PP, WM) and advanced Excel in compliance with SOPs and ANDA guidelines; Review commercial sales opportunities and bids using Business Analytics to evaluate volume impacts, timing considerations, and inventory implications; Coordinate new product launch planning (NPL planning) with portfolio and commercial teams by incorporating market share assumptions, batch sizes, SKU-level setup, and inventory strategies into demand and supply plans; Work with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to support inventory accuracy, stock movements, and regulated distribution activities; Coordinate with IT, logistics, and external partners to support DSCSA serialization and traceability requirements; Support internal initiatives including budgeting, distribution planning, cost optimization, and financial modeling.

Requirements


Must have a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering plus 2 year's experience in job offered or as Supply Chain Manager in generic pharmaceutical industry. Require skills and knowledge of S&OP, ANDA based Products, NPL Planning, Inventory Management, Business Analytics, ERP/SAP (MM, SD, PP, WM), Advanced Excel, DSCSA serialization.
