Global Digital Systems & Martech Manager (m/f/d) - MLR & DAM

As the Global Digital Systems & Martech Manager - MLR & DAM you will play a key role in supporting the global rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of Fresenius Kabi's Medical, Legal & Regulatory (MLR) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.

You will act as a bridge between business, IT, vendors, and regional stakeholders, helping to ensure successful deployments, user adoption, and alignment of platform capabilities with business needs. From rollout planning and business readiness activities to requirements gathering and platform enhancements, you will help drive the successful implementation and long-term value realization of both solutions.

This is a highly visible global role with close collaboration across Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Quality, IT, Corporate Communications, and regional teams.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Support MLR & DAM Activities

• Serve as the primary business contact for MLR and DAM topics across assigned regions and markets.

• Align stakeholders across functions and countries, identify risks, and drive successful implementations.

• Lead deployment and business readiness activities across responsible regions, countries, and business units.

Drive Rollout & Business Readiness

• Lead deployment activities, including UAT, go-live, and hypercare.

• Coordinate with business teams, IT, vendors, and global program leads.

• Support requirements gathering, testing activities, and enhancement requests throughout the rollout lifecycle.

Ensure Compliance & Quality

• Partner with Quality and Compliance teams to support validation activities.

• Ensure audit readiness and adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Embed compliant processes into day-to-day operations.

Enable Change & User Adoption

• Coordinate training, communication, and change management activities.

• Support SOP development and localization of global materials.

• Drive user engagement and adoption across Europe.

Support Operational Excellence

• Lead the transition from deployment to steady-state operations.

• Establish effective support structures and escalation processes.

• Monitor performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

Contribute to the Global Commercial Ecosystem

• Support integration and process alignment between MLR, DAM, CMS, PIM, CRM, and related platforms.

• Share best practices, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities across regions.

• Contribute to future roadmap planning and platform evolution.

Requisite Qualification & Experience:

Experience

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

• At least 8 years of experience in MLR, business analysis, digital platforms, or related areas within life sciences.

• Experience leading or supporting regional/global transformation initiatives.

• Strong understanding of MLR, DAM, content management, or related commercial platforms (e.g., Vodori, Veeva, Adobe Experience Manager).

• Knowledge of validation, compliance, and regulated environments is plus.
