As the Head of Payments, you will spearhead our payments unit, overseeing all payment
processing systems and strategies. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing user experience
through secure, efficient, and compliant payment solutions. Your expertise will drive the
development and implementation of innovative payment processes, manage relationships with
payment service providers, and ensure adherence to international regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the payments department, setting clear objectives and KPIs, while
fostering a culture of excellence.
• Design and implement payment strategies that enhance user experience, increase
retention, and attract new users.
• Oversee the integration of new payment systems and providers, ensuring they meet
security and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all payment systems adhere to
international regulations and standards.
• Manage relationships with payment service providers, and other financial institutions.
• Analyze payment processing data to identify trends, resolve issues, and implement
improvements.
• Work closely with the customer service team to address payment-related queries and
enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay aware of industry trends, innovations in payment technologies, and regulatory
changes, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
• Experience in this or a similar role.
• Experience working within multiple jurisdictions.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of payment processing platforms and technologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.
