The Senior Software Engineer, Supply Chain Systems supports QVC, and builds, enhances, and supports the applications that power warehouse and transportation operations.
You'll work on software and integrations that support supply chain platforms, including warehouse management and transportation systems. You'll apply Java engineering skills to develop, test, and support solutions that help keep fulfillment moving.
Where You'll Work
This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, or DE. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA location as needed.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, configure, and test Java-based applications and services that support warehouse and transportation operations
Build integrations across supply chain platforms, including ProShip, Körber/Infios WMS, and Oracle Transportation Management
Contribute to technical design, design specifications, and code reviews within established architecture and development standards
Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and create clear technical documentation for installation, operations, and user support
Improve software quality and delivery by contributing to automated testing, deployment processes, and DevOps practices using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, and BitBucket
Monitor and troubleshoot application health and performance using tools such as Kibana, Elastic, and DynaTrace
Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, estimate work, and deliver solutions in an Agile environment
Contribute to system improvements that increase the stability, availability, and maintainability of legacy and existing applications
What You'll Bring
5+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
Experience supporting or integrating with supply chain platforms such as warehouse management systems and transportation management systems
Experience with the following platforms: ProShip, Körber/Infios WMS, Oracle Transportation Management, NGINX
Experience with software delivery and engineering tools such as GitHub, BitBucket, Jenkins, Swagger, Kibana, Elastic, and DynaTrace
Experience with the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and production support
Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical business partners
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
