Daher’s Industry Division site in Stuart, Florida is a key U.S. manufacturing facility specializing in the assembly of complex metallic and composite aerostructures for major commercial and defense aircraft programs. The site produces large, critical aircraft structures—including wings, fuselage sections, and structural assemblies—for leading aerospace customers such as Boeing and Gulfstream, combining advanced manufacturing, industrialization, and quality‑driven production processes. As part of Daher’s global Industry Division, the Stuart operation emphasizes safety, precision, and continuous improvement while supporting high‑rate aerospace production and investing in workforce development, technology, and long‑term growth in the North American aerospace market.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP PP/QM Manufacturing SME. This role will support SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes across manufacturing operations. This role includes the opportunity to participate in SAP implementations at new manufacturing facilities and support ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements
- 5-10 years of hands-on SAP manufacturing experience
- Strong SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) experience
- Strong MRP knowledge
- Understanding of rough-cut and finite capacity planning
- Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP implementation in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, document processes, and support solution design
- Experience training users and supporting go-live/hypercare activities
- Ability to analyze manufacturing processes and recommend improvements
- Strong collaboration skills in a global environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder where required by project, regulatory, export control, aerospace, or defense requirements
Main Responsibilities
- Support SAP PP and QM design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
- Facilitate workshops and document business requirements
- Translate business requirements into SAP solutions aligned with manufacturing best practices
- Support MRP, production orders, BOMs, routings, work centers, inspection plans, inspection lots, and quality notifications
- Partner with production, planning, engineering, and quality teams to support operational requirements
- Troubleshoot SAP manufacturing and quality process issues
- Work with technical teams on system integrations and interfaces
- Support integration with Inventory Management, Finance, and Controlling modules
- Train end users on SAP manufacturing and quality processes
Preferred Experience
- Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience
- Experience in regulated manufacturing and quality environments
- Knowledge of engineering BOMs, manufacturing BOMs, revision control, engineering change management, traceability, serialization, and nonconformance processes
- SAP Project Systems (PS) experience is a plus
Information related to the position:
The compensation range is $95,000 to $115,000 base salary.
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Daher considers a number of factors when determining salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, skills, and current market conditions.
