Belvedere Trading is seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to join our People Team. The Employee Experience team helps shape what it feels like to work at Belvedere by creating meaningful programs, experiences, and traditions that foster connection, engagement, and a strong sense of community. From company events and employee recognition programs to in-office experiences, wellness initiatives, the company store, and office operations, this team plays an important role in supporting our culture and enhancing everyday life at Belvedere.
The Employee Experience Coordinator will support a variety of firmwide programs and initiatives designed to create an engaging, welcoming, and people-centered workplace. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, creating memorable experiences and events, and helping others feel valued and connected. The successful candidate is approachable, proactive, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.
