Role Summary
The Junior Producer displays excellent planning and organizing skills, shows a keen attention to detail, is adaptive to change and is able to work seamlessly with many teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong time-management skills and can effectively multi-task. This role takes responsibility for providing the checks and balances for the system, from start to finish.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the Producer in varying tasks such as booking travel for freelancers and talent, updating weekly spreadsheets of freelance and talent availability. Distributing documentation such as references, agreements, permits and model releases once freelancers and talent are booked and ensuring documents are returned properly signed and filed.
- Assist the Producer in managing the studio freelance budget: properly filing invoices received and allocating/attaching invoices to correct budgets. Managing and allocating Chrome River expenditures.
- Assist with in-office and studio operations, including ordering and coordinating equipment, props, backdrops, and production supplies for shoots; ensuring timely delivery of all necessary items; scheduling messengers for samples, prop pickups and returns; maintaining adequate studio inventory of snacks, beverages, paper goods, and other supplies; and updating the studio whiteboard calendar weekly with the studio schedule.
- Ordering breakfast for shoot days and distributing lunch cards for freelance and talent.
- Work within Creative Force to set up workflows and input new freelance and model talent information.
- Production Assistant to Producer on off-site shoots.

- Has a keen attention to detail, is adaptive to change, can work with tight deadlines and with a sense of urgency. Able to work seamlessly with many teams..
- Possesses strong time-management skills and can effectively multi-task.
- Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills, keeps a calm demeanor, engages others, and acts as a resource.
- Has a drive to increase efficiency in processes
- 1 + years production experience in photography and/or multimedia environment.
- Some knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Creative Force, Figma and Asana a plus
- Location: In Person in Philadelphia home office - 4 days per week, hybrid 1
