Server

Description

Jubilation is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Server to join our dining team. The Server is responsible for providing attentive, personalized service to our members and their guests while creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. This role also supports the overall dining operation through side work, cleaning, stocking, and other responsibilities that help keep the dining areas running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome members and guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and provide timely, attentive service.
• Serve food and beverages while maintaining a high level of hospitality throughout the dining experience.
• Follow service standards and expectations established by the Dining Manager, Executive Chef, and General Manager.
• Anticipate members’ and guests’ needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked server stations throughout each shift.
• Stock server stations with polished glasses, bread and butter plates, coffee saucers, coffee cups, and other necessary supplies.
• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and stocking clean dishes as needed.
• Complete assigned cleaning and side-work responsibilities at the beginning, throughout, and end of each shift.
• Maintain safe and sanitary conditions throughout work areas.
• Maintain appropriate personal hygiene and comply with department dress and uniform standards.
• Attend required in-service training and education sessions.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

Stand and walk for extended periods of time, including up to 3 hours uninterrupted.

Lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Perform regular walking, standing, carrying, cleaning, stocking, and other physical tasks associated with dining service.
