THE JOB:

As an Usher, your warm smile and attentive service will set the stage for a fantastic visit, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your passion for hospitality and engagement with people, will help you be part of our dynamic team and help us create unforgettable moments that guests will cherish long after their stay!

THE STARTING RATE: $15.00 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Review tickets to verify correct event information.
• Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.
• Maintain awareness of crowd situations and assist guests with any inquiries.
• Advise management of any unusual customer concerns and safety issues.
• Collaborate with all departments, staff, and vendors associated with the venue.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on guest experiences for continuous improvement.
• Retain and relay event information, including details about the property’s restaurants, services, and events.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 6+ months of prior Customer Service experience is preferred
• Able and willing to work on call as hours vary per season. Scheduled shifts: 4+ hours shifts will vary, and to include weekends and holidays

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:

$15.00

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

 

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.

Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
