Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell's IT Project Management Office (PMO) is the backbone of how our global IT organization plans, governs, and delivers work from infrastructure modernization programs to digital workplace and enterprise application initiatives. Day to day, the team tracks project status against milestones, runs stage-gate governance reviews, coordinates vendor SOWs and budgets, and keeps cross-functional stakeholders aligned from kickoff through go-live. This governance discipline allows Marvell's IT function to execute large number of concurrent initiatives spanning all BUs and sites worldwide without losing visibility or accountability. As part of this team, you'll get a direct view into how a global semiconductor company runs enterprise-scale IT portfolio management.

What You Can Expect

• Manage and track project status, timelines, and budgets across a portfolio of active IT initiatives, flagging risks and schedule slippage to project leads
• Support stage-gate governance by preparing review materials, coordinating sessions, and following up on open action items
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to track progress, resolve delivery blockers, and keep milestones on schedule
• Build and maintain dashboards and status reports that give leadership visibility into program health
• Assist with documentation and continuous improvement of PMO templates, tools, and workflows

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Master's Degree (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of Fall 2027 – Summer 2028
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities or projects simultaneously in an academic, internship, or work setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information for varied audiences
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent tools) for building trackers, dashboards, and presentations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage recurring deliverables against deadlines
• Prior internship or coursework experience in project management, PMO, or IT/technology operations
• Familiarity with project or portfolio management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Smartsheet
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies, or relevant PMP/CAPM coursework
• Interest or coursework related to the semiconductor, hardware, or broader technology industry

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

30 - 59, $ per hour.

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
