Qnity is looking for a talented and business-oriented Site IT Lead to join our Cheonan site, one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving manufacturing locations within our global network.
This is more than an IT operations role. You will act as a trusted advisor and technology partner, helping drive business growth, manufacturing excellence, digital transformation, and operational performance. What You'll Do
Partner with Business Leaders
Serve as the primary IT partner for site leadership and key stakeholders.
Understand business priorities, operational challenges, and future growth plans.
Translate business needs into technology initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.
Drive Digital Transformation
Support and accelerate the site's digitalization journey.
Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI, data, and modern technologies to improve productivity and operational performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions aligned with global standards.
Lead Technology and Service Excellence
Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services that support business-critical operations.
Proactively identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Lead issue resolution and recovery efforts to minimize business disruption.
Deliver Strategic Projects
Support major site initiatives, including manufacturing expansions, new production lines, and technology deployments.
Coordinate across local, regional, and global teams to successfully execute projects.
Guide stakeholders through technology and business changes with clear communication and leadership.
Build Strong Relationships Across the Organization
Partner with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Applications, Service Management, and external vendors.
Bring people together to solve complex challenges and achieve common business goals.
Foster trust, collaboration, and a positive user experience across the site.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of experience in Information Technology, Digital Technology, Manufacturing Systems, or related fields.
Experience supporting manufacturing, production, engineering, or industrial environments.
Proven experience leading technology projects and managing stakeholders.
Experience working in a global and matrixed organization.
Technical Knowledge in End user computing, Infrastructure & Networking, Manufacturing Technologies, Service Management, Cybersecurity, Cloud & Modern workplace Technologies
