We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day logistics, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations for our Caddo Mills and Rockwall, Texas facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt of materials, inventory transfers, return processing, shipping documentation, and coordination of inbound and outbound logistics activities. The Logistics Coordinator serves as a critical link between customers, suppliers, carriers and internal departments to support operational excellence and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process inventory transfers between facilities.
- Receive and process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
- Receive and verify Purchase Order (PO) deliveries for 113-SC operations.
- Create commercial invoices and shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with carriers and logistics providers.
- Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records within the ERP system.
- Investigate and resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies.
- Support cycle count and inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Answer incoming phone calls as a shared departmental responsibility.
- Partner with Customer Service, Operations, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of logistics, warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or supply chain experience.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing or distribution experience required.
