What You’ll Do
- Deliver senior support sessions to help students overcome challenges with course content.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching to keep students motivated and progressing.
- Guide students through course completion and support them in achieving CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and CySA+ certifications.
- Facilitate small-group exam preparation sessions to strengthen knowledge and build exam confidence.
- Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps, and provide proactive guidance and support where needed.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide ongoing encouragement, accountability, and career-focused support throughout their learning journey.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; professional certifications are a plus.

IT experience is essential — you must have a professional IT background, with hands-on IT experience highly desirable.CompTIA certifications are a strong advantage, particularly A+, Network+, Security+, and/or CySA+.

Excellent English communication and mentoring skills, with experience in education, training, teaching, or supporting learners highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and CRM data management.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and urgent tasks.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer and student support.
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup once a month.
