The Work
The Sales Excellence CoE Application Architecture team provides functional architecture support for our sales and pricing tools, ensuring stability, alignment, and performance. As a member of this team, you will help design, prioritize, and deliver sales applications that enable more than 50,000 users across Accenture, ensuring our tools continue to address evolving business needs.
You Will:
Serve as a functional architect supporting Accenture's sales tools
Understand requirements and contribute to the design of process and tool changes
Build and test application updates
Apply knowledge of the software development life cycle to execute projects end-to-end
Respond promptly to critical events and follow through on resolution (incident management)
Manage user access and security provisioning
Work independently with minimal supervision as an individual contributor
Recognize and seek guidance on competing priorities
May supervise a small team with oversight from a supervisor
Provide input into operational processes and tool design/maintenance
Demonstrate knowledge of Sales Excellence offerings and how Application Architecture supports them
Understand how the Application Architecture team fits into the broader Accenture picture
Here's What You Need:
Undergraduate degree
Minimum 4–5+ years of relevant experience
English language fluency (oral and written)
Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data manipulation
Detail-oriented and process-driven; able to follow established procedures and protocols
Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively
Basic knowledge of sales and pricing data, tools, and business applications
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand high-level requirements across teams and applications
Comfortable engaging with senior leadership within the scope of responsibility
Flexible with work hours to support global time zones, release weekends, and critical issue resolution
Bonus Points If You Have:
Business Management education
Experience with Salesforce
Familiarity with sales processes and tools (e.g., Manage mySales)
